We also have our very own Recruitment Service within the business, where we provide an online recruitment solution for employers who are simply too busy to carry this out themselves.

We are now on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to join our ranks and help to build up the team and by extension, the company.

The key responsibility of our Sales Managers are as follows:

  • Develop your sales team to sell effectively and to achieve targets set
  • Set KPI’s for each sales person and ensure they are met consistently
  • Ensure training plans are set and followed for reps.- These need to be in line with the aim of getting them from Bronze to Gold.
  • Manage CRM’s correctly and ensure correct procedures are followed by salespeople
  • Hold monthly site meetings with each site to give the salespeople clear focus and direction
  • Hold regular 1:1’s and call listening exercises to identify training needs and areas for development
  • Lead the team effectively by being positive and motivating the team daily (Setting the tone EVERYDAY)
  • Follow disciplinary procedures whenever necessary within company guidelines
  • To make sure all sales are recorded accurately on reporting systems
  • Always thinking and implementing new ideas to keep pushing sales forward.

  • Having the most consultative, tenacious and consistent sales team.
  • Growing your sites and hitting Targets that are set.
  • Hitting an agreed amount of new business set monthly.

You will have 2 years sales management experience and be comfortable leading, moulding and growing a full team of people. You will be resilient and a strong motivator, but above all else, you will be hungry for success and eager to push others to succeed.
